What if my issues are linked to something deeper like childhood bullying?

As a qualified therapist and coach with over 15 years experience of helping women I can guarantee you are in safe hands. My sessions are not focused on the past but any links that come up will be dealt with in a positive way. I have a history of working with women who have experienced trauma so I know how to help you move forward and leave the past behind.

Where are sessions held?

My hypnotherapy and coaching sessions are currently held online via video call, in the comfort of your own home from anywhere worldwide.

What exactly is hypnotherapy and mindset coaching?

Solution Focused coaching and Hypnotherapy uses the application of hypnotic techniques alongside talking therapy to bring about therapeutic change. It is a very positive relaxing experience to enable you to start moving forward.

Solution-focused coaching and hypnotherapy sessions do not require you to talk in-depth about your past. Instead, each session aims to get you focused on making positive changes, learning new strategies and visualising the future. My emphasis is always on looking at what you want to achieve rather than focusing on the past.

What is hypnosis and what is visualisation?

Hypnosis and visualisation are one and the same. They are both perfectly safe. Trance or hypnosis is very ordinary in many ways. In fact, we go in and out of trance several times a day whilst we drive or watch TV. It can also be described as that place between sleep and awake.

Hypnosis is the most powerful psychotherapeutic tool for breaking anxiety, stress and associated symptoms.

Hypnosis via video call is exactly the same as it would be face to face and is also absolutely safe and just as relaxing.

I am fully insured & qualified to carry out this work safely. I am also registered with the Complementary and Natural Health Care Council who have verified my credentials.

What if I’m unable to make a session?

I ask that you give me as much notice as possible if you need to change a session within the 12- week time frame. Dates can be shifted depending on my caseload but I try to be as flexible as possible.

Can I get a refund if I decide to stop halfway through?

As I am a small business I am unable to offer refunds. I will always help you to get the very best out of our time together.
