“I approached Josie when I was one week out from speaking at an event

" I heard her do a FB live on fear and it really resonated with me. I had agreed to do the speaking event weeks earlier yet as it got closer I started to feel extremely anxious and nervous about it. Working in PR I wasn't new to public speaking but I was new to talking about my story and a personal one at that and the thought of that made me so nervous and anxious. I'm so glad I found Josie. Within a week she taught me tools and techniques I could use to confidently stand up and tell my story. She also helped my sleep which was so important with a toddler who isn't a great sleeper. This all combined in me actually loving the speaking experience and while I obviously felt nervous I was able to control my nerves and use them to my advantage giving the best performance that I could. “I first went to see Josie because of my chronic overthinking. It wasn’t so much ‘worry’ but more just thinking about 753 things at once and feeling constricted by everything I had to do in my life. I couldn’t sleep, I was ratty with my kids and tense ALL of the time. I would even break out in hives on occasion – my whole system (physical and emotional) ready to over-react at any given moment.Josie helps me in numerous ways. I am learning to reframe and to get out of my head and enjoy life more. The hypnotherapy is helping me create space in my head where I can choose how to react to a stimulus. It’s a work in progress, but even just identifying emotions and feelings as they pass through makes them less intense. I am more able to control my thoughts as opposed to them controlling me. It’s a liberating experience.I liked the way her sessions consist of both day-to-day practical advice as well as the hypnotherapy. These are both useful in equal and different ways. I also love the fact that Josie is a REAL person, with kids and a full life too. “A couple of months ago, I got diagnosed with anxiety and I was suffering from physical symptoms, migraine, and bad throats continually when the doctor told me I wasn’t ill and there was nothing I could do apart from going on the waiting list to see someone on the NHS.
I searched online for someone to help me. At the time, I believe the anxiety which was related to stress from work and daily life as you get older.
My whole life I have always worried about sometimes big and small things... labeled as “just a worrier”.
I found Josie from watching her Facebook videos..and contacted her to see if she could help me. I’ll be honest I just wanted to give something a go and wasn’t sure if it would actually work!
I just REALLY wanted to enjoy life more if I can control my worrying.
Over the past few months, Josie has made a HUGE different to me! Her calming, gentle nature and continual support have transformed me to make me relax and enjoy every day of my life!!!
Now when I have “worrying thoughts” I use the tools she’s giving me to help me control them.
It really is as simple as working through her worksheet every week and a daily sleeping audio.
If you need any support through out the week you can pop her a message and she will always come back to you straight away, with support in between session with guidance and support.
If there is anyone out there who can relate to my story and need help I would recommend investing in yourself and get the “worrying thoughts” under control.

”I’ve been seeing Josie for nearly 6 sessions now and it has made such a difference to my mental health! When my daughter was born, she wasn’t well and this made my anxiety go through the roof. I had tried counselling and CBT but this hadn’t helped. I was a bit apprehensive about trying hypnotherapy but it has been amazing! HAVING HYPNOTHERAPY WITH JOSIE HAS HAD A BIG  IMPACT ON MY SLEEPING AND THIS MEANS THAT I’M WAKING UP IN A BETTER MOOD. I DO SUFFER WITH ANXIETY, BUT I FOUND MOST OF THESE ANXIETIES WOULD REAR THEIR HEAD AT NIGHT TIME AND I WOULD STRUGGLE TO SLEEP OR RELAX. MY ANXIETY IS MUCH BETTER NOW AND I CAN ALSO RECOGNISE AN ANXIOUS THOUGHT NOW AND INSTEAD OF LETTING IT DEVELOP, CAN NIP IT IN THE BUD BEFORE IT BECOMES OUT OF CONTROL. I’M GENERALLY CALMER AND DO NOT FRET AS MUCH OVER STUFF THAT REALLY IS TRIVIAL. I AM NOW ENJOYING BEING PREGNANT SO MUCH MORE.

I REALLY ENJOYED THE RELAXATION AND FOUND THAT IT REALLY HELPED ME SWITCH OFF AND ZONE OUT. I QUICKLY ADAPTED TO THE PROCESS OF ALLOWING MYSELF TO FULLY RELAX, WHICH I CERTAINLY STRUGGLED WITH BEFORE.
