" I heard her do a FB live on fear and it really resonated with me. I had agreed to do the speaking event weeks earlier yet as it got closer I started to feel extremely anxious and nervous about it. Working in PR I wasn't new to public speaking but I was new to talking about my story and a personal one at that and the thought of that made me so nervous and anxious. I'm so glad I found Josie. Within a week she taught me tools and techniques I could use to confidently stand up and tell my story. She also helped my sleep which was so important with a toddler who isn't a great sleeper. This all combined in me actually loving the speaking experience and while I obviously felt nervous I was able to control my nerves and use them to my advantage giving the best performance that I could. “A couple of months ago, I got diagnosed with anxiety and I was suffering from physical symptoms, migraine, and bad throats continually when the doctor told me I wasn’t ill and there was nothing I could do apart from going on the waiting list to see someone on the NHS.
I searched online for someone to help me. At the time, I believe the anxiety which was related to stress from work and daily life as you get older.
My whole life I have always worried about sometimes big and small things... labeled as “just a worrier”.
I found Josie from watching her Facebook videos..and contacted her to see if she could help me. I’ll be honest I just wanted to give something a go and wasn’t sure if it would actually work!
I just REALLY wanted to enjoy life more if I can control my worrying.
Over the past few months, Josie has made a HUGE different to me! Her calming, gentle nature and continual support have transformed me to make me relax and enjoy every day of my life!!!
Now when I have “worrying thoughts” I use the tools she’s giving me to help me control them.
It really is as simple as working through her worksheet every week and a daily sleeping audio.

HAVING HYPNOTHERAPY WITH JOSIE HAS HAD A BIG IMPACT ON MY SLEEPING AND THIS MEANS THAT I’M WAKING UP IN A BETTER MOOD. I DO SUFFER WITH ANXIETY, BUT I FOUND MOST OF THESE ANXIETIES WOULD REAR THEIR HEAD AT NIGHT TIME AND I WOULD STRUGGLE TO SLEEP OR RELAX.
