How it works

When you work with me, we will meet weekly on zoom for a 45- min to 60 session. 

During our first session, I will take you through an in depth assessment of your overall sleep health and your current sleeping patterns. 

On our call we will:

  • Assess your current sleeping patterns and the impact they’re having on your life

  • Look at what’s going on in your life that’s causing your sleep disturbances

  • Discuss the function of sleep and how your brain chemistry is contributing to keeping you awake.

  • Then formulate a bespoke Sleep Reset Plan that you implement straight away - creating new habits to improve your bedtime routine and quality of sleep.

Your weekly session:

After your assessment, you have an additional five weekly sessions that are 60 mins long.

I will take you through the following 4-step framework.

1. Awareness 

We look at what’s going on in your life and the impact it’s having on your mind and body system. 

You will learn to spot your stress triggers and understand how to minimize them/take back control  

2. Creating your mindset tool kit 

You’ll learn how to declutter your mind using tools and techniques that are based on neuroscience. 

You will get individualized strategies to help you control your racing thoughts so you can :

- get to sleep easily

- get back to sleep quickly if you wake up 

 -achieve a deeper quality of sleep. 

3. Reducing your stress levels using Hypnotherapy 

Every session will include a relaxing hypnotherapy / visualisation that even people who struggle with meditation can benefit from. 

This reduces stress that has been stored in the body and allows your mind to create positive brain chemistry.

4.  Lifestyle optimisation

Within our sessions I help you to make subtle tweaks to your lifestyle that will dramatically improve sleep and your wellbeing, even if you are really busy and have very little time. 

At the end of each session, you get a simple-to-follow action plan for the week ahead.

This helps you embed new habits to improve your sleep for the long term. 

Included in your investment is:

  • Your weekly call on Zoom with a recording.

  • Hypnotherapy audios

  • A midweek check-in via voice message to see how your weekly plan is going

  • Journaling worksheets and lifestyle planning tools

This program is a good fit for you if:

Fees

We will work together for 6 sessions. 

The full fee is currently £420 when paid in full

£160 when you pay fortnightly

A deposit of £100 is payable to book your space
