
Journaling questions to help you reflect and refocus
How to use:
1 - Download the audio track to your chosen device and storage platform such as Dropbox or Google Drive. You can print it out or use a PDF annotator app such as Goodnotes.
2 - Find a quiet time and place to close your eyes or at least be alone with your thoughts.
3- Take time to answer all of the questions. Don’t write what you should write, write whatever comes into your mind first.
